Blame the victim. It doesn't matter if Aubrey was looney as a tune walking around clucking like a chicken talking to the moon. Any had no responsibility to stop and answer their questions hes an American citizen

Exactly, this Case has no legal grounds to justify their actions. With a citizens arrest, the person being"arrested" has the right to leave. So right there citizens arrest defense is gone. And as soon as they blocked him and pointed guns at him, Auhmad absolutely had every right to fight for his life. If he would have lived, HE would have a justifiable self defense case. But not these 3.

@@keishapuryear8180 makes my blood boil when I think about how these three though that young man owes them an explanation for running in that neighborhood. I’m not big on playing the race card I think it’s abused so much today that people are tuning out. But there is no doubt the fact that this was a young black man gave those three the opinion they were above him that he was below them in their neighborhood. I can’t wait to hear them sentenced to prison. I took this one personal even though I don’t know them. I guess because these three are so typical of many people today. In attitude. They don’t jump in trucks with guns but it’s a mindset that has to go!

@@darrickbrown830 that's exactly why they chased him. The murderer called him brazen for still walking into the open site and coming into their neighborhood. Once again policing where we allowed or expected to be. I recall when Trayvon Martin was first killed before the details were released, many white people were trying to justify it by saying "what was he doing in that neighborhood". His father lived in that community, the store was walking distance to his father's. Some White people honestly believe if they don't personally know a black person lives on the block or community then they have a right to question them. Nope!! If I'm on a public street I don't need to disclose to random people why I'm there.

@Carolyn LaPlante It was the first responders’ duty to attempt to provide aid, unless or until the injured person is no longer breathing. The fact that the first Officer Ricky Minshew was more concerned with the killers’ on scene welfare than with the injured man laying in the street. The man was still breathing. If you watch all of the body cam footage, one of the officers did go to him immediately and put pressure on the wound. He stated to the paramedic that even as he was doing so, he knew there was no hope (extensive blood loss, agonal breathing), and Mr. Aubrey took his last breaths within moments. It's not much, but I really do hope he was aware of it - that his last memory in this life was of somebody trying to do something for him, rather than of his murder standing over him with a shotgun saying "f'n n*****"

@Ahmaud Arbery was not............ ! What you say is provably untrue because he was never seen stealing anything on the construction site surveillance camera or by anyone residing in the neighbourhood. Furthermore, as pointed out by the Prosecutor, the site owner, stated that in the whole of 2019 and the first two months of 2020 nothing at all was stolen from the construction site. Mr Arbery was murdered on February, 23, 2020. You should be ashamed of yourself telling lies on a dead man and your dishonesty will catch up with you sooner or later.

Ahmaud Arbery the trial established early on, was an innocent unarmed man that day, jogging in a neighborhood just over a mile away from his own, across the highway. In an unwarranted, illegal attempt to ''detain'' him, he was chased by 2 vehicles for 5 minutes, aggressively, two of these people, Travis McMichael & Gregory McMichael were armed in 1 vehicle, while William ''Roddie'' Bryan, drove the other, which actually drove into Ahmaud Arbery on at least one occasion. He was entrapped and shot. The 3 defendants in the vehicles are all very guilty of murder in my opinion. Georgia legislation has changed and strengthened the laws surrounding citizens' arrest procedure & The Glynn County (Georgia) District Attorney's Office, & The Glynn County Police Department procedure, among others, are also under investigation. The U.S. Department of Justice will continue its investigation, it is our duty to follow this closely. R.I.P. AHMAUD ARBERY.

Absolutely pathetic, the policeman is full of crap, but it was lovely to see this early twenty year old, Ahmaud Arbery in real life. Sitting in his car, no crime was committed for the stop in the first place. Cops in Georgia are off the scale. Disgusting. Sitting in the park Georgia wow the police department are doomed, then and now. When the second cop pulled his gun, that should have happened when they arrived on the scene of the Mc Michael's murder of Ahmaud. Some people get animated when stop by police because they don’t want to be stop by police. I don’t know where the defense was going with the testimonies from the cops.? Now look at the video when the three hunted him like they was on a safari to hunt some exotic animal. Cops need to also realize people can be nervous by their presence. I was stop for going 10 over the speed limit.? I was shaking like a leaf.? My crime trying to make an appointment on time. Which I did and the police did her job well. Now if any of you think those three men , we’re chasing Mr Arbery say hey like me talk to you, please stop. Y’all know they were shouting the N’ word. and showing their guns. They had him running like a scared rabbit

His Lawyer talked about him being in Law Enforcement in Coast Guard. .Travis was able to explain where he was on February 23 . He said he was in his house on the couch.
