Arms out is a terrible idea, yeah it's good in theory but in reality you have no control over anything, if you grab them then you've escalated and gone offensive. Either you strike or you should remain compact so you can block strikes

Who mentioned grabbing anyone? This entire video is about the LOOK of the stance when videoed. Try watching the video before you comment perhaps? This is taught to security and prison staff btw, as they are always on camera.
