Hi, as I’m doing keto, I’d probably avoid the besan paste and mustard oil too. Hope that would be fine, if not mustard oil then what should I use out of - butter, olive oil, ghee. Any alternative for besan paste too?

Don’t make paste use some besan, it’s a protein. Use any fat you want, I would use butter

Can we marinate and keep it in the freezer for a week?

It should be fine in the fridge for 3 days, I haven’t tried to see what happens in the freezer, but you can freeze the marination separately and keep it, marination with the Chicken might leave some water after defrosting and I’m not share how it will effect the taste
