I googled vacation rentals in my area, zoomed in and voila, there they all are! So cool! Thank you for the tip. This is a game changer!!! As always, I appreciate what you do share to help out the "little" ten properties or less, stay afloat and on trend with what is constantly changing with the industry and Airbnb.

10:50 Cough Humza Zafar Cough. And his course is trash. He makes you pay $100 a month to access it after you pay 5,000 plus dollars, they also don’t tell you that until you catch on and force them to expound..No one answers you in the “Skool” community. Oh God, what else.. you get an auto message from him stating that if we have any questions to direct message him and he would get back to us…… he doesn’t… under whelming and complete waste. Weekly calls went to monthly and at this point, there are no calls at all… ABSOLUTE SCAM!! I do not recommend what’s so ever.

I've heard horrible feedback as well. Personally, I find it surprising that people would consider other coaches when Sean clearly stands out as a leader in the industry. He's a great coach, although I must admit I prefer his video style over his webinars. Some get distracted by coaches who manage 300 or 400 listings, but I'm confident Sean could scale to those numbers if he chose to. Ultimately, everyone has their reasons for how they decide to grow their business.

@@TheUndergroundlab I was caught up in the social media hype. It’s so easy to be sold on someone’s inflated sense of self and their delusion of grandiosity when they have success backing them. Course went from 10k to $4999 one day and we had 24hours to purchase. I had just secured 73k in chase biz funding so between following him on social, witnessing his success coupled with the “price slash method” and my access to Capitol, I was sold. Prior to purchasing the course I was anti courses because of the generosity that is Sean’s yt page.. I got caught up in the hype…..unfortunately. To reiterate, I DO NOT recommend Humzas course 🙅🏾♂️ it’s false advertising in my opinion.

How do I make my listing a business on Google for the whole Google map pin thing
@PrebenOlsen906 ай бұрын
Hey Sean! I'm not your main audience - I only have one apartment and I live in it myself. Yet, I have watched most of your videos (at least 25 of them) and I have made ~2100 $ renting out my own apartment in june/july alone. Never thought it would go this well, renting out my 1 bedroom apartment in Bergen, Norway. Your videos have taught me a ton, and I owe the quality of my listing and my guest amenities largely to you. Thanks a ton!

Does it matter if you start when slow season is coming up?
@oliverbennett76106 ай бұрын
It depends on how ‘slow’ slow season is for you. When launching a new listing, Airbnb will boost you, so I prefer to launch in slow season as high season in my area always books out anyway..

TERRIBLE idea and advice to train people who are "not" housekeepers in this industry. While on the surface it "sounds" smart, not only is this borderline illegal (paying well under the value of the tasks performed), but ultimately you will end up with quality issues and high staff churn leading to constantly needing to train new staff. It also creates a race to the bottom for the cleaning industry - the true cost is always a loss of quality whenever you are trying to cut costs on services... so tread carefully. You get what you pay for with cleaners (the have been the backbone for my airbnbs), so research the average price for "GOOD" cleaners in your area and build that into your cost.
