Get the large couch, but use floor lamps, Actually Crate and Barrel has some very nice floor lamps to choose from. I would never get a light colored couch with a dog that may shed on it, since you allow the dog on the furniture. I would probably move the love sack to another area and get a couch that has a chaise to it along the wall by the windows. That way, you can stretch out while watching TV.

L-shaped couch, may want to add a print, but a truly tasteful abstract or something and corduroy fabric is great, comfy and works with a dog ... with couches you want a higher back too! SO COMFY ... it must be COMFY!

Cool space. I have that same floor in my home. Love the decor. One thing you guys can do to help with the echo is hang curtain panels on the windows and just have them hang off on the sides of the windows. They don't even have to be authentic curtains. Just find some cool fabric that you guys like and hang them up with clips. I'm actually using Calvin Klein sheets as curtains in my living room and a pattern tablecloth that I liked in the upstairs tv room. A Hunter Douglas rep came into my home to fix a problem with the plantation shutters and she couldn't believe my curtains were sheets. But it will really help with the echo and the sound when you are watching tv.

Rather than a massive 10ft couch that might be overwhelming in your place, I would look into an L shape which would give you the additional seating. You might be able to save the side tables as well.

I love your house. It feels like home. The combination of colors white, black, gray (and few chrome-silver for the appliances ) is great. If you're planning to replace the sofa, you should consider getting black or dark gray color since you have an adorable dog. I totally digging those world mounted on your wall on the first fllor and those framed city maps. Nice decision replacing the wire shelves to wooden shelves. By the way i love the wooden flooring. The gray tiles inside your shower area is good. I don't know why you need to replace those. But if ever replacing it, you should consider dark or black tiles. And lastly, i can't help but to repeat this vlog many times just to stare at your cute, piercing eyes. Marry me! More vlogs to come! Stay safe always and God bless. =)
