I put mine down in the sink, I hold the lid with one hand while I fill it with the jug. I then flip the lid closed and give the unit a wipe with the hand towel and off I go.

I found a hack to fill the water tank without spilling out. Pull the chamber out and fill it from the silicone rubber to the first line and no more and replace it back into the machine

My first week using the AirSense 11 elite and the heated tube on the first night gave off plastic volitile vapours so much so that I swapped over to my old tube ,The next night I rinsed the tube in hot water but still got vapours the next night used soap and hot water but still vapours ,My concern is having been a cpap user for 20 years and had multipule tubes never had vapours like this ,Almost like thinners mostly in the first 10 minutes ,What is wrong here ,Is it a Chinese knock off?
