AR - 6 kg /cm*2 pressure ആണ്..feed pipe വഴി ചാർജ് ആകുന്നു...ടാങ്ക് നു മുന്നിൽ pressure reducer ഇല്ല.. capacity - 200 L. (2). CR - 5 kg/ cm*2 pressure. .(BP വഴി ചാർജ് ആകുന്നു...) Capacity - 6 L.ആണ് (3). BP - brake pipe ഉം FP-Feed pipe ഉം ആണ്. . (4). Brake application stages... Min - minimum reduction- BP reducing 0.5 -0.8 kg Service application - BP reducing 0.8-1 kg Fs - full service application -BP reducing 1 -1.5 kg Emergency application - BP reducing above 1.5 kg (5). പഴയ കാലങ്ങളിൽ brake block cast iron ആയിരുന്നു..ഇപ്പോൾ composite brake blocks ഉപയോഗിക്കുന്നു..
