It’s is not very often that I don’t look at a house plan and want a few tweaks carried out to be our definition of perfect. With the exception of adding a stair lift so that I can get upstairs, this one is perfect as-is. Bravo Zulu❣️❣️❣️❣️

Beautiful house ❤ Only thing left out was a large porch on back of house that gives the upstairs a balcony with steps down so there is a way to get out of the house in case of fire. Only thing extra I would do for this lovely house.

Only thing I don't like is the door to nowhere off the dining room. Add a nice covered porch for entertaining off that side of the house and it would be perfect.

Вот это мне домик понравился, ну гараж на 2 машины, это жирно...можно и на улице оставить, там где гараж, можно сделать зимний сад с маленьким бассейном, или тренажёрный зал...
