I just bought the Acoustic 200, and I love it! I play it with an acoustic Yamaha NTX 700, and it match just perfect! They both gives me hours and hours of happiness

Forget about all the bells and whistles. Just comparing the sound, is there a significant difference between the Acoustic 100 and the Acoustasonic 90? I'm reviewing amps for a church stage that will be direct out to a PA. Need a good sound from a monitor/PA standpoint.

@thomasberinati33804 жыл бұрын
The xlr outputs are for each individual channel not combined so if you’re going to a pa board they’ll can be mixed independently .

Why didn't you play anything through the 100? Everything is through the 200, if the sticker on the box is accurate. I was hoping to hear any differences between the two, and got shafted.

I just picked one up used. If you’re using new strings and have the treble and reverb high on amp and guitar it can sound tinny like this, but this demo is only showing one sound. the amp can be adjusted much warmer than this.

The player had the treble ALL THE WAY up and the bass almost all the way down on his taylor preamp. I wasn't surprised that it sounded like a speaker in a tin can .

I have these Equipments for Live performance - 1. Fender Acoustic 100 - 100-watt Acoustic Amp 2. Boss RC-30 Loop Station 3. Yamaha Acoustic guitar 4. 2 Mics (1 is Sennheiser and other is Behringer Ultravoice Xm8500 Dynamic Vocal Microphone, Cardioid) I need some advice on what settings should I set in the Amp, looper, and Guitar for best live sounds. Any advice on getting some more instruments for enhancing the sound quality? I like to play Ed-Sheeran songs and would really appreciate any tips.

why mic the amp !!!!!! need to hear a stand alone sound ..also thought it a di to desk at the rear ..also not everyone has a taylor guitar ..what happened to the 100 review so not actually correct labeling ...so if i go into alamo MC if i want to hear the 100 the guy will plug in the 200 to try and confuse me ....

An amp is going to sound massively different if you're just noodling around with some licks & finger picking. Let's test this 2 channel amp with someone singing & strumming a rock/pop song.

Don't mic the amp. We want to hear just the amp on its own. It's baloney to mic an amp that you are attempting to prove its tonal qualities.
@Whitty435 жыл бұрын
He is micing the amp to record the true sound, not micing it to play through a PA. The best way to get an idea how the amp really sounds! If it was done with a phone recording it would sound garbage!

I bought the Fender Acoustic 200 in August of 2020. I was good until it wasn't. Now when I turn on the amp I get loud popping and humming sounds along with annoying distortion and that is without plugging in with my acoustic guitar. When I do plug in it the feed back it unbearable. If I try to connect with the Bluetooth it gets even worse. The amp is unusable. Now the amp is out of warranty, it has been discontinued by Fender and they have no parts for it. Don't do it, if you buy this piece of junk you will eventually regret it. I chose the one star rating (I really dislike) only because there isn't a minus star rating (totally disgusted and a waste of $587 dollars). Since it has been discontinued the price is down in the $300.00 range, but if you really want the throw away 300 bucks go for it.
