I'm sending my brother in law to Aldi right now. Had tent sleepover with kids at weekend in Kombat trooper 2 tent you reviewed from John Bull. Kids loved it, I loved it and my brother in law is going to take the kids to camp in woods at end of road so this little kit from Aldi will be great for him! Thanks for buying and showing us this. Yeah I've seen that at Aldi. I got to alluminium mash food set (basically two type military mash tins for cooking) reduced to £2.49. Aldi have some surprizes now and then. Cheers Mick for sharing.

I use an exact same change holder for putting my ear plugs in for gigs. But you could do similar for sleeping during camping using those foam plugs. Great place to store them.

Iv got one of them note holder things but I got a much better one off aliexpress for about a fiver it's decent machined stainless steel but has got 3 compartments and it's brilliant for keeping my medication in I have to take tablets the sane time every day so I keep some in it on my key ring with my car and door key then if I'm out iv always got it with me and it keeps it dry and safe. Great vid mate iv seen these in aldi might puck one up if there that cheap. It's bright sunshine and blue sky's here near wigan can't even take the dog out it's so hot 😁😁

It’s the scraper on the firesteel that’s rubbish, use the blunt side of a knife and it’ll spark fine, or better still if you use/have a hacksaw blade, cut a few inches off one end and exchange it by tying on with the hole. That way you have a duel use item, a firesteel and a mini saw.

Mick, Temu have been in contact. There's no easy way of putting it but they miss you mate. They want to know if they've done anything to upset you and are expressing deep sorrow if they have done. Go Outdoors as it was on the returns rack with no price on it, when I asked the girl how much she said well all the others (all different brands) are around £20, so is 20 OK?? I was like ....YES !! don't think she realised that it was a £200 bag lol .
