Aleko AC 1300 sliding gate opener trouble

Aleko sliding gate opener, both 110v and solar powered, original control board lasted about 3 weeks then gate would not reverse, aleko sent me a replacement control board ( after I mailed mine back at my expense) now the replacement board acts stupid only moves the gate 2-3 ft then stops.

I had same experience, when i had it hooked up to solar system only, and yes I had to replace the control board also but still the gate moves only 4ft and stops, so batteries have 24v, BUT!!! measured amperage while the opener in operation, it is supposed to be 10amp rate, but it only reads 5.6amp then after gate slows down and stops after 4ft the meater drops till 0amps, so i hooked it up to 110v and it worked fine,I see yours is connected to 110v and still does the same, I just hope mine does not give me the same result.

Seems to me the worm gear on the motor shaft is not secured due to roll pin failure.

I think USGate makes a better way to go for those who do not want to fuss around with programming or deal with an incompetent service staff. Plus it sells for about $800 including solar panel, Lithium battery, and a 36/60 month warranty.

did u check soft start soft stop programing??

I am having the same problem now with an aleko ac2700. They tell me to change the close and open seen control. It did it with the same result. Cannot get hold of any by phone, only by email. The have the worst customer service I gave ever felt with. Spend some more money and get a better opener.
