You pay for the experience, not the food. Though the food can be really good! It is definitely art and an explosion of flavor in your mouth. Dream is to go to a Michelin Star sushi restaurant in Japan, though I have to plan for it as it had months of reservation to even get in. Might be impossible during covid.

Totally agree, if they both complement, then it’s a legendary experience 😀 The one you want to book must be amazing, I can imagine that before was hard to book a table but now… real challenge for sure! But it would be awesome if you can make it! 🚀

@@AleSalvino Let's see how the waves settle after the covid stone that has been thrown in the world. A lot of changes are accelerating that have been slowly building for decades now. But Japan after the olympics will be different then the Japan I saw years ago for sure.
