@Frogger it's called discovery. His lawyers are required to hand of any and all documents that relate to a case. If Jones lawyers had complied with discovery they would have had to hand over his phone anyway. And I'm not defending Depp but Ambers lawyers were shocking.

The very reason it was better AJ was not there, people are emotional, not objective. A trial is about facts, not emotions. Having lost 2 brothers in tragedy one can understand the raw emotion... But there are larger agendas afoot here. Thats what AJ was addressing. We know there are entities out willing to go deep and long, no matter who gets hurt. Words are not violence. Violence is violence ( behavior involving physical force intended to hurt, damage, or kill someone or something). Trying to chill freedom of speech and press, no matter how offended you become justifiably or not, is not the way to go based on a feelings over a tragic event. The ill feeling is misplaced, the shooter is whose estate should be assessed the damages. Either that or bobo bama and the mainstream media need be accountable for trying to push a gun control agenda being sued. Right?

Plaintiff's lawyer is doing a horrible job. Should have started with his son's birth, first years of life, going to school, soccer practice, than that horrible day. There's too much money in post-truth media. Boomers and Early Gen-Xers have all the wealth. They've poured money into right wing media that tells them they're right about everything and no inconvenient facts that they hear are true. It's a complicated world of high technology they weren't born into and don't understand, and thus they are led to believe impossible things. That's not something one can just unravel by taking down one fake news distributor. Infowars alone pulled in $165 Million over the past 3 years, and they aren't even a major network with advertising and streaming revenue. As long as there's money to be made in selling lies and conspiracies, they will continue to proliferate.

I missed this earlier, because I didn't understand who Scarlett Lewis was. I thought that she was the mother of a different child considering that she called herself a single mother. So, she used to be married to Neil Heslin, but they are now divorced. They are both the parents of Jesse. The same boy that Heslin claims he held with a bullet-hole in his head. Now at 2:06:17, Lewis is saying that they had an open casket. Neil said, "the exit wound was that of the size of a softball.", yet they held an open casket. A softball is about 12 inches squared in area, and the average area of the head of an adult male is only about 45 inches squared. So, he is describing an exit wound that destroyed about a quarter or more of Jesses's skull, yet they have an open casket. I am not saying it is impossible, just highly unlikely. I started watching this trial under the belief that Alex Jones was wrong about the incident being a hoax and that he should be found liable of defamation. I have objected to the mishandling of this case by the judge and plaintiffs on the grounds that if they simply followed the fair court process, the jury would likely find Jones and InfoWars guilty and award damages. But the longer this goes, the more I am questioning the claims of the plaintiffs. First, when they describe their son, they descriptions sound generic, but then they describe specific actions that just seem abnormal. Like how Jesse was just learning the basics of addition in school, which makes sense for a 6 year old. But that same six year old was also collecting scrap metal to make money. I could understand if this was something Neil was into and served as a bonding experience for the two of them, but the way he describes it, this was all the doing of the 6 year old with Neil in a passive role. Second, they describe harassment they have received, but offer no proof of it. Third, Neil claims that he held that son the night of the death, because an officer let him in. Making him the only Sandy Hook parent to have access to the bodies the night of the event. Fourth, they had an open casket for a 6 year old that had a quarter or more of his skull destroyed by the exit wound in addition to the entry wound. Fifth, in other videos Scarlett says that Jesse wrote a message in the frost on the windshield of her car. And she just so happened to have taken a picture of it with her son posing with his frost message of love. Oh, and this was on the day that Jesse was shot. And lastly, Jesse just so happened to be a hero that stood up to the crazy gunman and saved the lives of some of his classmates. Again, I am not saying it is impossible for all of this to be true and accurate, just if this were in a movie script it would be hard to suspend disbelief to this extent.

I’m all for conspiracies but only if they have some substance to them, in this case it just highlights the adverse affects that they can have upon those involved (victims) this case shows that due diligence is needed when trying to prove a theory. Alex Jones did well when he exposed the elite at bohemian grove but after that I believe he went too deep down the rabbit hole to the point that he became to disillusioned and wasn’t sure what to believe anymore. This should be a defining moment for all conspiracy theorists that there is a line that shouldn’t be crossed. and that thorough research should be of great importance to those seeking truth.
