Love this workout, I had Achilles surgery and getting to gym and “normal” exercise was challenging. I started doing this workout and has been awesome to build strength and maintain cardio during my injury. I plan on keeping this routine even after my recovery!

Loved it. Was certainly hard!! first work out of this caliper. had to pass on the mule kick until i built up the confidence that i wouldnt hurt myself (nursing a torn meniscus). Saving to do as a upper and mid body workout. hopefully this will help with my goals to do a triathlon summer 2025.

Love (hate) this workout, it's brilliant and easy to see when you are making progress. Started only on my knees then worked up to 2/3 sets doing regular pushups 👍 a week off with lots of cheese boards and port however and I'm back on my knees that was a killer. Cheers Alex

I think similar movements would be pike pushups, some form of table top exercise on all fours, hip thrusters or glute bridge for glutes. Good ol squats always do the trick, too 😁

I have lost so much upper body strength this past 4 weeks as I haven't been able to train due to surgery :(
