Devon, you got it mixed up a bit. Smaev is the mutant guy who does pull-ups with huge weights. And this is Sarychev who is indeed a bench presser and a former world record holder.

The guy I'm responding to thinks Devon got it mixed up, because most people only know Kirill for bench. Kirill used to be a pullup god as well, and Devon has for sure seen those clips.

When I was in 7th to 9th grade I worked out on my for arms I curled off end of bench max 200lbs but religiously work with 160 but sets of 40,35,30,25 then going back up. My bench was weak only 225 lbs. bicep curls 165 lbs max but that was so long ago. I played baseball football basketball it helped me cause my hands were so strong and stomach muscles now I’m old phat kinda and heart problems. But getting better. God bless all these these guys I luv watching these.

I think him vs Cyplenkov would be fun to watch training.
