"上" means up; the last character should be "止", meaning stop. Interestingly enough, the last sentence is actually Japanese instead of Chinese, and is a shortening of 立ち入り禁止. The Chinese one would read 禁止進入, "forbids entry" instead of "entry forbidden" (notice also that the Japanese one uses 立入, which isn't used in Chinese)

Paw Patrol, or, as I call it, 'Piss Poor Patrol', or 'That shit with the clumsy dogs in it.' I knew some rubbish from this would appear as soon as the word 'Patrol' appeared on screen. A 'Barn Find' is usually a rare or cool old vehicle, that lies forgotten, and covered in shite, usually containing a wasps' nest and dead mice, in a barn. That usually gets bought for silly money, and then made all tarty and smart, by someone who is good at that sort of thing. I had a knockoff figma android which came pre-ruined, so you're not alone there.
