"上" means up; the last character should be "止", meaning stop. Interestingly enough, the last sentence is actually Japanese instead of Chinese, and is a shortening of 立ち入り禁止. I actually liked the boss plaque because I am in a new job now and MAN do I miss my old boss. Would honestly consider getting that for her if there was an appropriate time/place. Paw Patrol, or, as I call it, 'Piss Poor Patrol', or 'That shit with the clumsy dogs in it.' I knew some rubbish from this would appear as soon as the word 'Patrol' appeared on screen. A 'Barn Find' is usually a rare or cool old vehicle, that lies forgotten, and covered in shite, usually containing a wasps' nest and dead mice, in a barn.
