I'm looking forward to seeing your osso buco recipe. I see it at my local butcher regularly, and think I'd like to try cooking it sometime.

I live alone , is it cheaper to get all these stuff in Costco Canada than Superstore or Walmart?
@AliceCeeCPA7 ай бұрын
If you live alone probably better to do Walmart or Superstore. Costco portions are huge. Even though you end up saving, you'll have to eat the same food over and over again (if you're okay with that)

$16.99 per pound for slices of beef is expensive.

It's a bit cheaper (for us) than some other grocery stores that sell hot pot meat

Please, Allow me to ask a couple of question about the Carnivore diet(i need some advice in my unsuccessful Carnivore diet experience): I am now over 120 days into a Strick Carnivore diet (I only eat meat and eggs. Nothing else 400-500 g of cocked meat plus 7-8 eggs a day. Divided in 2 meals) I am now 34 years old, 181cms tall, 180lbs(+-81,5kg) at +-20%BF. I go to the gym 2-3 times a week.(lift weigths to help sustain or increase muscle mass and assist fat loss) I started the Carnivore diet to improve my body composition. I was a HEALHTY guy with NO chronic illnesses or health problems. I lost about 17 lbs in the first 6 weeks (Mostly water) but since then I haven't been able to change my body composition. I have now gone more than 6 weeks without registering any body changes (weight loss, decrease in BF% or measurements).In fact i have gained 2,5 lbs in the last 3 weeks but might be just water. I still need to lose at least another 15lbs of fat to reach my goal of being below 15%BF. However, I don't see how the Carnivora Diet will facilitate this process. I have not experienced most of the benefits common to Carnivores (Improved sleep, more energy/disposition, etc.) nor can I change my body composition. So I would like to ask more experienced Carnivores: 1- How long should I extend my experience with the Carnviroa diet to be able to lose the excess bodyfat I still have?(at least 15lbs of fat) 2- What is the minimum time you should maintain a Carnivora diet when it is not working for you? 3-Is the Carnivore diet effective for those who are aldreay healthy and just need to improve body composition? I am affraid this way of eating is too restrictive, for a healthy person, with no aditional benefit from any other whole food diet.! Thank you for your attention!

Hi Sandy! How are you doing? Going back to the states permanently? Hope Carnivore is going well for you!

@@AliceCeeCPAYes, permanently; I’m moving back to Florida on May 1. Very excited!! Your country is beautiful but my dream was always to live in Florida where I have a lot of family and friends and life is too short to not be following your dreams. I’m also going to KetoCon this year (“Hack Your Health”). Are you? Carnivore since 2019 and it’s still going great! Can’t wait to get settled and back in the kitchen making some of my favorite recipes of yours!

I’m in Arizona. Our CostCo has different products than yours. I looked up the king Oscar brand on Amazon. I’m going to try those. Thanks for the suggestions.

I have not bought an air fryer and I’m going to plan on doing it! I feel like it would make my life much easier. I’ve been on carnivore for a little over a year and I am starting to cry fruits and I think I’m going to start adding a rare fruit in here and there cause I see that you eat something from time to time, but my question was what is a good air fryer to get just any brand?
