It is so hard to shift ones perspective.. those paradigm shifts are so strong it is like a big scar. I’m age 77 and going through the biggest shift ever with eating carnivore..

Hello guys, I have to say I do love your podcast videos. I find them so relaxing and informative. Please don’t feel offended but I wish Quinn would let Dianna speak more. Her wealth and depth of knowledge is impeccable 🤓 Maybe each of you should take it in turns to host? Rather Quinn directing (hijacking) the conversation each week. I think Quinn spoke for around about 75% of this particular episode.

I’ve thought this before too.

I agree with this request … I think it is just pure experience around being crisp and staying on point…perhaps he could facilitate more these LONG sessions are much harder to watch

I tried to explain friends the amazing benefits of doing block therapy and it is amazing how difficult it is to speak about it….. but once you try and feel the benefits and the miracle changes of your body you know that you can never stop doing it, because you will not want to go back from where you started. Thank you both for your efforts to spread this healthy practice. Wish you luck and doing everything possible for my friends to follow you, because I believe this is the best thing you can do for your body. P.S. I am wondering if that can also help skin scleroderma??( visible skin adhesions)

Hi there! Thank you for the kind words. To answer your question, yes it can. We are melting through blockages/restrictions in our tissue, and diaphragmatically breathing which means we are able to bring so much more blood flow to areas of the body that have been previously blocked. This means healing energy getting to places it wasn't able to get to before. If you're not already in our amazing facebook group you may want to check it out to see what people are saying: facebook.com/groups/1888044614779525/

This is so helpful---makes sense- have struggled with pain/stiffness from all workouts. Stretching doesn't help. Can't wait to try the sampler to start.

Your podcasts are great, so much information. I started BT back in January with the Starter Program doing 7-8-9 classes over and over, now on day 1 of the 21 day Posture Reset in the membership trial. I’m interested in learning about how BT helps the Pelvic Floor for men and women, maybe you can touch that topic in one of your future podcasts? Also the hormonal changes, more specifically Menopause, and is that something that BT would help? I saw bits and pieces in the Facebook Community about Bladder Health, and you talked about infertility in one of your Podcasts but what about after childbearing age and nothing about Prostate health and if BT can help an enlarged prostate someone in the community asked by there were no answers. Thank you for all the great information you provide!

Be mindful of the corners and edges. We don't want anyone to hurt themselves. The beauty of the Block Buddy is the rounded edges and corners that help you get into all the nooks and crannies of your body. It's also similar in density to bone and is natural so your body accepts it easier.

i am very interested in block therapy but find these podcasts extremely tedious and unfocused in presentation. i hope you all might consider developing an outlined and scripted format to present your knowledge rather than the current stream-of-consciousness / conversational / tangential style where you riff for an hour related to the declared subject matter. Maybe for some who want to nerd out this works, but for me, I've been listening to this video for half and hour and still have no idea if I should do block therapy before or after exercise. i'll try to persevere, lol!
