I was surprised after my membership to find so much information and guidance to work with the block. My body is renewing. I know now that I’m going to keep on doing this for as long as I can. I’m 61.

I’m completely blown away that I found the both of you. I was asking God in the morning Lord, I’m strong, mentally, physically, and my food is on target. And I love to learn and lo and behold. Your video popped up on my feed that morning. I listened and I was excited. Next step was to order your nine day series for nine dollars. I literally fell in love with it. One thing that you said that sold me was you re-shaped your legs. I have reshape my legs and I never thought I could get back to this place again. You called it displaced fascia, brilliant! The two of you together make an incredible combo. I love your videos please keep them coming! I’ll be ordering my next package from you for my 59th birthday. Also, I would like to ask I work with Parkinson’s, dementia, Alzheimer’s, assisted-living, and independent care. I’ve heard down the grapevine that you offer seated block therapy classes is this true? This might be something that I really want to check into. As I watch my residence, I see how block therapy would help them immensely. ❤❤❤❤❤❤

It's amazing how many people will get inner thigh liposuction when it really could just be the fascia. And to think of how they're traumatizing that area. It's very sad, expensive and unnecessary. We all just need a system like block therapy we can take through our lives.

Block Therapy has been a blessing for me. Deanna and Quinn are truly amazing, and have the biggest hearts. I’m so grateful to have found Block Therapy. It’s the only thing that has helped me with my chronic pain that I have been suffering for over 20 years. I’m forever grateful to have found them and Block Therapy. 🙏💖💫

This is so cool and insightful. Thank goodness block therapy came to be. Also I love the story of how you guys got your wood for your current blocks & that it's all Canadian. The original cedar blocks sounded amazing with the therapeutic scent. Maybe in the future a similar opportunity to re-release some cedar blocks will happen. I'd love to have one of those. I am looking forward to the block baby coming back in stock too.

I have found as much as I love it when I introduce it to someone if they will not take time to watch the nine day series for nine dollars that they’re not ready. And I also love that you mention it’s not for everyone. I love that somebody can try it for nine days and it’s either love or dislike lifestyle!

What I can say is that this works. I've been using only the rolled-up towel, discovered this protocol in early December 2023, waited until we were on holiday break to really dive into the techniques and started using my rolled-up towel. Doing only the standing on the towel, and lying face down on the towel under my belly, sternum, breasts, armpits and low back, what started happening right away was the release of the fascia (pain!!!!) in the area of my left shoulder where I'd dislocated it in 2007, while walking my dog on ice and falling. Pain like crazy in 2007; it re-set itself two weeks later; I had no health insurance; it healed itself gradually. In December 2023, pain like crazy again, and different clicking sensations for weeks after. I'm continuing to do all of that, plus placing the drumstick between the toes as often as I can, and now the pain has all but gone. I feel like I'm standing better. I didn't realize how that injury had been affecting my posture. In 2018 I fell, again, with a dog, a different one this time, and something popped in my lower back. I could hardly walk for months. It was so painful to get around. I tried various protocols, nothing really helped, and once I actually got some health insurance and could go to the chiropractor, I tried that. I went to my massage therapist while the back healed, and he worked magic, but I still had low back pain from sitting all day long at my new desk job. The first time I laid down on a rolled-up towel in December 2023, I felt immediate relief. It's still there, and I can feel it at times of getting out of bed -- now I'm used to the low-grade pain being there -- and I will say that the rolled-up towel did more for me than over a year of chiropractor visits ever did. I love my massage therapist, but the rolled towel actually relieved major pain. I am SO grateful for this. I'm continuing to do the rolled-towel exercises, and eventually I will go to the blocks and take some of your classes. Thank you so much for all you share for free!!

Not to be negative...but I've had a couple of issues with "organs" and when I've asked the "professional" (that should know everything about the organ, as you say)..."how did this happen...could I have prevented this?" Their response each time was, " that's a good question..." and then...crickets 😒 I started to think that specialists specialize in medicating it, or removing it. Someone asked me once "do you want to age well by "chance" or by "choice"? I'd like to choose please! Did first posture of belly block yesterday- encouraged with my personal success of the accomplishment, to continue. Thank you folks!

I found you though a Soulution Sunday with Lisa Warner and have just listened to this video. i am, since Covid in 2020, having trouble breathing(asthma) and have been looking for something I can do to heal my body naturally. where would l go to start the block therapy, I do have some yoga blocks as I do Jazzercise 4 days a week since 1979 as well as yoga. I really want to start block therapy, before the doctors want to do medical things which I have never tolerated.

Hi Barb! The best thing to do to start immediately is to buy our Sampler Program. It's only $9 and allows you to try before you buy. You would use a rolled towel in place of the block. Here is the link: blocktherapy.com/sampler-program/ If you are happy with it, the next thing you would want to do is purchase the Starter Program. Here is a link for that: blocktherapy.com/starer-package-store/ Starter Program comes with: - Block Buddy - 9 classes of various lengths that cover the entire body - Educational videos - pdf's of all positions - Breast and Lung Health virtual intensive - Access to the free monthly classes - A 14 day free trial in the membership All of the above is yours for life, with the exception of the free trial in membership. I hope this helps!

Hi, having Dupuytren's now for 17 years;recently itbecame worse*. I have an appointment now for 04 april te do neadle aponeurotomy. ( From doing an alternative healthcare study i have been watching( and treated)the hardness of my periost/ handbones and kept things relatively well now recently your podcast " came along". In the above podcast you talk about " scartissue and the difficulty regarding hands. What can you share with me about " scars" and the neadle treatment!?* Recently now also my other hand starts to have these bands and nodeless. Rudy from Netherlands
@Fluidisometrics10 ай бұрын
Hi there! When we cut into our tissue we are creating scar tissue. This creates restriction to blood flow. Anytime we can prevent surgery it's a good thing. I'm sorry but I don't know about the neadle treatment so I can't comment. If you join our facebook group you can see what others are saying about their experience with Dupuytren's and see how Block Therapy has helped them. Here is a link to the group if you are interested: facebook.com/groups/1888044614779525/

Hi there! The belly is a great place to start. It's the position we start each class with. To lose the size and weight we also need to address the rib cage and the feet/calves. If you have the block and are in the membership, please try the 21 day pelvis, legs and feet daily guided program.

????? When I lie on the block on the front of my thigh it hurts A LOT and does not diminish over time ?????
@Fluidisometrics7 ай бұрын
Hi Kristine! You will want to lessen the intensity if it hurts to the point you hold your breath. When in a position we often teach to search slowly for the next area of pain. It is ok to just stay in the position if that is pain enough. Try doing it on the bed and see if that helps. When you are ready try bringing it back down to the floor.
