Last thing I heard as far as keeping in shape, he had to give up a couple of things he was doing because he became so busy with his music schedule. He had to drop most of his athletic endeavors for the musical career. He kept swimming (the one physical exercise that works all of the major muscle groups, the best over-all fitness routine possible plus the best lung workout) and if I am not mistaken, he is still in some martial art form (but here is where my memory fails me...he may have also given that up or he may still do that every day, I don't remember how that went).

Yes, this is a stunning performance. Please beware of placing Dimash into a box where there will always be high notes for contrast. Dimash sings many excellent songs that never travel out of a 2 octave range. Yes, he is very handsome and our cultures train us to go "ga ga" over anyone pretty. I believe that the timbre of Dimash's voice can stimulate release of the "bonding hormone" . I believe this is why female Dears are higher in number than male Dears. Hola, gracias por otra excelente reacción para nuestro Príncipe Kazajo Dimash, tienes razón al decir que él es un príncipe de Disney de la vida real porque expresa sus personajes a través de sus canciones y nos hace sentir solo con una mirada con su voz, sus gestos faciales y corporales lo que interpreta y si parece que estuviera diciéndole todo a alguien del público pero también yo de este lado lo siento así,como si me estuviese cantando a mi, Dimash es un actor de la canción y es muy versátil, y si quieres verlo actuar, Te recomiendo THE HISTORY OF ONE SKY, es una verdadera obra de arte, tiene mucho simbolismos, una triste historia y un gran mensaje a la humanidad, es un video fuerte pero hermoso gracias , un fuerte abrazo desde Venezuela

I have watched this performance countless times over the past years, and I still get misty-eyed each time. This will always be one of my favorite Dimash performances. Igor Krutoy (on piano) composed this song 25 years ago for Alla Pugacheva and modified it for Dimash to sing for this concert given in honor of Mrs. Pugacheva on April 8, 2019, in Moscow. As you probably already know, Igor Krutoy came out of retirement to compose masterpieces for Dimash after watching his performance of Sinful Passion in 2018. He is finally able to compose music without constraints placed on him by the vocal limitations of ordinary singers; high notes, low notes, whatever his genius mind can conceive, Dimash will be able to perform. Someone explained on another person's page the different elements of the song. There are three sections: In the first and longest, Dimash addresses the audience, describing his dream-like love. In the middle section, Dimash lives the dream. Notice he disengages from the audience; his eyes are closed, then he opens them and looks up. The audience has ceased to exist for him. In the final section, he wakes, notices the audience again, then tells them how the dream made him feel. Which is energized!
