In the video I will talk in detail about the three disputes on Aliexpress that have occurred for various reasons, not the goods, defective goods and the goods do not match the description.
All three of the dispute with different vendors ran parallel and ended almost at the same time. Actually, the fact that they were at the same time bothered me, because I had fears that my account on Aliexpress block.
Despite the fact that the disputes were mixed up and intertwined in time, for your convenience, I break the timeline and show every argument separately.
In the first dispute on Aliexpress are thermometers, which I had planned to use to balance the heating system in a private home. For this reason, I took a few pieces. Yet they are very cheap...
Well, the product did not come, and thermometers that were in the package I really needed, and preferably before the heating season.
Besides, the deadline for buyer protection. I asked the seller to extend the time that he did. The first thing I did not like about his behavior is that he chose not to renew the term of protection of the buyer. Conscious sellers do extend, if the package has not reached the addressee. Nevertheless, in most cases the sellers are hoping that buyers will forget or just not know about this term and do not renew it.
At my request, the seller extends a period of 7 days. During this time, the package never came and I decided to open a dispute.
On the page with my orders I found ordering with thermometers, clicked to OPEN the DISPUTE again to ACCCESS DISPUTE, ONLY the RETURN EXPECTED by the DECISION - ONLY REFUND IF a PRODUCT - NO PROBLEM - problem WITH the DELIVERY of the GOODS, SELECT the PROBLEM - the PROTECTION ORDER EXPIRES, BUT the PARCEL is STILL IN transit, the REFUND AMOUNT is automatically reset to the full amount.
In the description of the dispute write: Dear seller, it has been a long time since you sent the parcel. Unfortunately, I still did not get it. Now I have to open a dispute. Proof I did not download.
Press SEND, thereby creating a dispute. The seller has 5 days to answer the dispute. If he is going to play in silence, the dispute automatically closes in my favor.
The dispute created 3 Dec. If the seller will not agree with my decision, on December 10 in a dispute intervene service Aliexpress.
The next day the seller sent the message, which was not reflected directly in the dispute. In the message, he wrote that he had a shitload of customers, and all questions will be engaged in after the weekend. In addition, if I have something urgent, then I need to write him again. Fucking approach to customers! In fact, he sent me, larded its promise of soft words like "We appreciate your understanding."
In a dispute, he declined my offer of a full refund and extended the term of protection of the buyer, to which I received a notification via e-mail.
Given that the deadline for buyer protection was extended, the seller asked to wait another 15 days and I was in a good mood, I decided to cancel the dispute. Pressed to ACCEPT the decision of the seller and SEND. Therefore, the dispute was closed, and the seller continued to quietly sell their trinkets.
Approaching the end of the 15-day period. The package has not appeared on the horizon. I asked the seller to extend the protection of the buyer again. The seller ignored me. This time I decided to bring the dispute to a logical end and get the money back.
I again went on the beaten path. Clicked to OPEN the DISPUTE again to ACCCESS DISPUTE, ONLY the RETURN EXPECTED by the DECISION - ONLY REFUND IF a PRODUCT - NO PROBLEM - problem WITH the DELIVERY of the GOODS, SELECT the PROBLEM - the PROTECTION ORDER EXPIRES, BUT the PARCEL is STILL IN transit, the REFUND AMOUNT is the full amount.
This time in the description of the dispute, writing: "Dear seller, as you do not extend the term of protection of the buyer, I am forced to open a dispute a second time."
Clicked SEND, thereby creating a dispute.
The dispute created 20 Dec. If the seller does not respond within 5 days, the dispute automatically closes in my favor, and Aliexpress refund my money.
