Hi Bayram, this is not an area that I feel confident in as of now. Generally speaking however, I would imagine children need a lot of variation in movement rather than raw strength. A lot of successful athletes did multiple sports during their childhood before they finally decided to stick to their main one.

Thanks Noel, interesting question. If you're referring to my coaching, I would say my biggest strength is my willingness to learn, regardless of where I'm at. A weakness of mine is cooperating with other staff, especially if we have different philosophies. This is an area I really need to improve on
