It was a greedy offer. With the other investor coming in at 33% and Touker demanding 35%, Daniel would’ve ended up with 32% and become the lowest shareholder in his own company. Pure greed from Touker, he knew exactly what he was doing.

Here in asia, a couple years ago fish skins were all the hype. One bag of fish skin chips sold at a premium at every mall. There were more and more flavours and the most popular one was salted egg flavour. Everyone bought fish skin chips for special occasions. Not sure if it fits the taste buds of the west but there is definitely big opportunity out there.

honestly a little shocked, Touker made the offer, no way this guy has 35% to give away. The line about the other investor being an equal partner, suggests that he only has 33%, and other 33% being accounted for elsewhere. Meanwhile 57p to 50p, does not sound like a big saving for 33% of the business.

Try baking seasoned salmon skin at 350F until really crisp and golden to dark golden. Absolutely yum! It’s what you’d find in a salmon skin roll at a good sushi restaurant. The less flesh attached to it the crispier. It’s yummy!
