I wonder if Astarion says anything different if he is romanced? I didn’t think to ask the companions their opinions when I did the transformation (for the achievement and then reloaded because Minsc is right, we are hideous haha)

It could be, because Lae'zel have it (though Karlach don't say anything different if we romance her). Sadly I have never romance Astarion so I cannot show you the dialogue

I think Lae'zel would decline romance with mindflayer tav in the epilogue, but don't quote me on that

She used to breakup with you if you did, but as of Patch 5, she will stay with you, recognizing the sacrifice you made. I romanced her in my most recent run, a Resist Durge, and became the Mind Flayer. She stayed with me

I already write in description, Minthara dialogue regarding Tav transformation is not appearing in my gameplay. Maybe its bugged for me
