That intro, that cinematography, it feels like a heart felt homage to Astartes Syama Pedersen.

It was confirmed that the devs used his Astartes series as a reference point for their cinematography. It's also rumored that Pedersen worked with the team on it, but it's yet to be confirmed.

I wouldnt doubt it for a second that leondros gets corrupted or turns into a daemon. He embodies jealousy and infatuation with tituses feats

It's quite clear he's already corrupted. Titus's ability to withstand the power of the warp makes him public enemy #2 for Chaos (after Guilliman.) The warp loses it's power around Guilliman and Titus. That is one of Guilliman's special Primarch powers.

God that Deathwatch armor from the first mission makes me wish we had Firstborn customization options...or at least make Titus' Deathwatch armor unlockable. The Deathwatch parts you get fom buying them don't look nearly as cool as this.

I dont think the Chaplin is a member of Deathwatch? Sure he has the colors, and has his old colors on one of his pauldrons, but its on the pauldron thats suppose to cover his arm in metal.

Maybe the editor left it as some sort of context or mistook it. 'Cause, as you say, the chaplain is no Deathwatch. There are many companies and auxiliary command units that use black, but the Deathwatch pattern flips the chapter icon to the right arm, use the inquisition sigil over silvered litanies as left pauldron (replacing the crux terminatus in the case of Terminator Armour), and leaves the whole left arm in metallic finish (hard to know the true color of ceramite or plasteel)

@@SENPAI.Popaiihe was an ultramarine but not a primaris. Primaris are just juiced up space marines that are bigger and stronger than firstborns. When Titus was mortally wounded he underwent the rubicon surgery to repair his body and turn him into a primaris making him much stronger and too big to fit in his old armor

Firstborn Astartes are Space Marines who were already around before the 13th Black Crusade and the Resurrection of Roboute Guilliman which led to the creation of the Primaris Space Marines which are basically the new generation of Space Marines that are taller, stronger, and faster than the Firstborn ones, and Firstborn Marines can be transformed into a Primaris through a surgical procedure called the Rubicon Primaris, as seen as what happened to Titus here

@@jamiemcdonald1904 in Space Marine 1 which was 100 years ago when Titus was the captain of the 2nd company, the 13th Black Crusade hadn't happened yet and he was still a Firstborn marine, and during that 100 years of imprisonment by the Inquisition and later service to Deathwatch, on top of the slow rollout of the Primaris marines from Macragge/Terra, its most likely not all Astartes Chapters at this point have received the Primaris gene-seeds, much less the Deathwatch who are constantly on mission, and assumedly only the Deathwatch member's original chapters are allowed to do the Rubicon Primaris on their own marines

@@alienvseditor cheer for the explanation. Don’t like primaris think they really mess up the lore. I think new models new armour is fine. But better space marines is oxymoronic. I like the idea that the emperors greatest invention is scattered to the stars. A shadow of the former great crusade. I like the final war and primarchs returning to finish the war. But the new better super soldiers just blows hot air into the warp.

What’s up! I know this might seem off topic, but here’s for anyone who feels they’ve lost hope and needs to hear this: whether you believe in Heaven or not, consider this, if there was a Heaven, are you sure you’d go there after death? If you’re not sure, here you go: God loves you, and he became a human as Jesus, died to take the penalty for anything wrong you’d ever do, and rose from the dead. Sin is disobedience to Jesus’ commandments for how to live, and sin separates us from him- if you want to be saved from hell and be with God forever after death, just believe in Jesus and what he did (John 3:16) and turn away from habits of sin (Luke 13:3). That’s it. Our actions are the evidence for whether our faith is real (James 2:17), but since everyone fails on a daily basis, we aren’t saved by our actions, but only by God’s mercy (Ephesians 2:8-9), so when we fail, all we need to do is confess our sins to God, and continue fighting (1 John 1:9).
