WHHHAAAATTT!! BYD on vacation? The hardest working man in lawn care? Great video guys. The PGR allows me to mow every 5th day instead of every other day here in Texas where it is already hot and humid. Also, I put my backpack sprayer on the top of that stepladder (like you have in the background to protect my old back.

Where on the label does it say that Trinexepac regulates the growth of shrubs? I have been using this product since the 1990s and have never seen that used on shrubs. If it worked, that would be a real gamechanger. The PGRs I use on shrubs are much more expensive.

@@BYDonBermudaGrassCentral Atrimmec can be sprayed. Check labeling for rates and which plants may be treated. Cutless 0.3 G is a soil applied product that may be used on a wide variety of shrubs and perennials.

Spray faster on high setting. 40 psi is more controlled, won’t drift as far.

I have a question for you if you don't mind. I am about to seed Blackjack here in about the middle of NC. I killed the entire front yard, dethatched, added sand and topsoil so it's almost a clean slate. I had mostly weeds and fescue and some existing Bermuda but I don't know which variety. Some of it is coming back through and I'm curious if you think the Blackjack can or will take over the other type of Bermuda here. I only worry about having two kinds for color differences really. I don't want a dark emerald and then line green areas. Suggestions? Maybe just continue to overseed the "old" areas until the Blackjack takes charge? I just wonder if one kind can compete against others. Thanks in advance for your opinion on this.

I’ll say this. BermudaGrass Is hard to get rid of, dang near impossible. The black Jack will do it’s thing but you may not get 100 percent. You’ll need to over seed it a few years to get the best take over.
