I am down 36lbs with ADF, and I have awesome days! Then I have days that are similar to your struggle days. But like you, I get back up dust off, and get back in the game! Lol. Consistency breaks resistance…. I just stay constant and most importantly I stay honest with myself and try to learn from my mistakes and face my issues. I want to lose 100 lbs. I can't do that by lying to myself, not being constant, or learning from my mistakes. I enjoy your channel cause you show all that! I have a long way to go but as you have stated, “I'm winning! “ Cause we are both still in the game! Stay in the game, plus a friendly reminder, YOU have accomplished a lot!!👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾

For me, it’s easier to fast and abstain from food for a day than it is to choose to only eat one meal a day. I’ll choose the wrong foods and eat more than once. It’s a personal preference. But I think any option one chooses, as long as they are consistent could be beneficial. I like how I feel when I fast and I haven’t cleaned up my diet totally to eat Omad and feel comfortable.
