It was fun seeing that last decade's worth of cars drag racing. I'm interested to see how much better the next 10 years will be with the advancement of electric cars. The Rimac Nevera and Plaid S have already put out ridiculous numbers. The Tesla Roadster might be even more of a monster! The future is so exciting!

I find it sometimes a bit unfair to put cars that have certain unfair advantages to others. Many of those cars with the advantages had DCT transmissions, AWD, and mid engine layouts and rear engine layouts which isn't necessarily fair. Engine placement and drivetrain plays a huge role in acceleration and so does drivetrain. We all know that RWD front engine cars won't win against AWD Mid engine or rear engine cars.

The F8 is just faster at the top. From a launch the 911TS is obviously quicker but the Ferrari will pull it back because it has more power and less weight. The weird looking footage happens in all Worlds Greatest Drag Races and it’s because they don’t just run the race once. They run each race probably a dozen times to a) make sure they can get consistent results and b) get all the footage they need. They then combine the best shots to make the video but they can be from different races so sometimes little variances can appear.
