I totally understand this...when my head is in panic mode/anxiety it goes straight to my stomach. I'm unable to leave the bathroom & must b near a bathroom until such time my brain has had time to process the panic attack. One in the same it seems.

Same here. I go to the bathroom when I’m panicking and it’s sometimes difficult because sometimes I’m so terrified that I can’t walk to the bathroom.

I have panic-mode things too, that show up physically. I guess it is like, for all of us, the same kind of scenario of the dog who pee's on the rug when you shout at at him/her. A lot of love and understanding has to come out for people and animals who feel in such a state of terror that they think nothing they do will give them safety and they are helpless. A lot of heart is necessary to help them heal.

I have panic around performance. I have so much anxiety around what I feel I can't do or I am forced to do, and do well with no reward, that I have felt disabled too much to work for a long time. I was so worried about making a mistake and the consequences of lower esteem for my self. I am very slowly coming out of that, but it takes a lot of love and understanding and support. Creativity-on-demand is what my Catholic school unbringing/upbringing wanted me to somehow do, but did not "bring" what I needed to me and the child within to make that happen. But I am not a machine. Inside I am a little girl who loves to learn in the right environment, and who is deathly afraid of criticism because my self-concept of "stupid" is already toooo low to be able to handle any more blows. 🏏

@@DocSnipes it opened my eyes to the importance of health of gut microbiome, and it's connection to mental, emotional and physical health. Frankly, till date i never considered it as an organ/entity. Infact after listening to this video, i wrote a post titled "is divine in our gut?" :-) in Hinduism, we have 4th avatar of Vishnu, called Narasimha (half lion half man - fire energy)..when he kills the DEMON he takes his intestines out. I always used to wonder what is being conveyed there. I now think its about ending old order ...old culture ... which is contained in our gut. I can go on and on about many connections i see to slokas in Bhagvatgita, other stories...

@@DocSnipes as a nutrition major, I feel like many mental health channels ignore the very important role that physical health plays in mental health. I've even seen some studies, which I admittedly haven't read yet, suggest a possible correlation between nutrition and criminal behavior

Proton pump inhibitors are another very well known cause of gut disturbance and they have been linked to depression
@DocSnipes3 ай бұрын
You’re absolutely right-proton pump inhibitors (PPIs), which are commonly used to treat acid reflux and other gastrointestinal issues, can indeed have side effects that impact gut health. Because they alter the stomach's natural acidity, they can disrupt the balance of gut bacteria, which is crucial for overall health, including mental well-being. There’s growing evidence suggesting that changes in the gut microbiome can influence mood and may be linked to conditions like depression. It’s always important to consider the potential side effects of any medication, especially if you’re experiencing new or worsening symptoms. If you’re concerned about the impact of PPIs on your gut health or mental health, it might be worth discussing with your healthcare provider. They can help you weigh the benefits and risks of continuing the medication and explore alternatives if needed.

Do you know if the serotonin from the bacteria makes it to the brain
@DocSnipes Жыл бұрын
Thanks for watching. Gut bacteria provides about 95 percent of the body's supply of serotonin, which influences mood and GI activity as well.

We’re going to tell the story but it’s very sad for us. I’m gonna try to say the whole thing but what a lot of it’s disrespectful and I don’t know how you take it so we’re going to change it up a lot, so I’ll let you go because anytime you want to call me, I’m gonna probably be alone a lot because my kids are going to have fun but because a lot of the adults can’t be there my 15 year olds old is old enough but They know how to take care of them they said, but it’s just gonna be a lot of people there and they have to go but they gonna be very good with my kid and I trust him because there’s some people that can go anytime you want to call me I might be gone I’m gonna be back-and-forth and cousin gonna have to go see my kids but It’s gonna be very hard not being around them, but they said they gonna be safe if they fall how they do when they fall define when they fall they get right back up they don’t cry very often. They might cry loud and want me and I’ll be there I just had to. They said absolutely with my kids you’re allowed To you I did. I told him I if I’m gonna not be around I want to see if they probably busy right now I told him I want to talk to these people if they call me because they said you can stay in my basement. It’s quiet used to be old recording story the studio and the few people used to record there, but they moved and the lot equipment there is there an expensive and I told him I won’t even touch it and I was like I used to have fun but I didn’t know what I was doing. People thought I was funny when I used to freestyle when I did, but sometimes I used to sing the songs I used to like.

Someone told me during the prohibition, the killing his family were so snobby they went to different areas. One of them was a round mine, and they said that they wanted free alcohol because they like the alcohol we use the broom like definitely like the Swedes were very good at making any kind of alcohol. They loved vodka so much and there’s other like I’ve never had it before. They said that was so good and no one ever has some of it was very strong sometimes people will go blind, but they add water, but it was very hard back then because a lot of stuff they knew how to make bathtub Jim , but they used to by what did Duanne when is the houses were built the old like Coppa tubs? It was a bunch of different tubs you do you think the story is very true it’s very true and I forgot about it for a long time. I knew a lot about it but I don’t I didn’t I don’t know too much about my parents don’t the families during prohibition because they probably.Something happened to very mad at me onto her. I trust her, but I talk to her a lot, but I told her not to tell me stories about my kids. I tell you because I don’t want them freaking people in a different state to know about my kids because they won’t let me know about the kid who is learning Mandarin orange, Mandarin Chinese and I’m very mad at them. I want to know more about it. Do you know anything about teaching talk to anybody know that I’m very mad Mandarin Chinese is cool. I want to learn it because they say that it’s very easy. I had tough time in certain classes, but a lot of people taught me Spanish but they were bad words, but they thought they said it’s it’s different because I think I know what he’s talking about but he had like it he he had trouble seen it I think I am trying to

He wants to be just like his uncle Kenny and I was much older when he my uncle king died in. It’s very hot talk about Kevin cause I’m kind of name that from what is very hard.

You know I take references for music but are you listening? Are you listening to music gang banger stuff that’s so horrible why would you listen to that? Here’s the reason why I listen to it because I did not want to end up with like these people who I know and this is some songs yeah you don’t want your kids here but there’s some really sad songs and we played them all the time when someone died especially Wu-Tang there’s some others but right now I love Eminem but I’ve never met him or anything I never knew them but I did straight up there from they think they were from the group Todd they knew 8 mile, but they were younger they take respect and they live there now from what did they move around a lot because he’s in the military but Lucas autistic kid is a very bright young man.

I'm not a doctor, possi is a lot. There were people who got told they would never leave the wheelchair and might die in a couple of years. Turned out some could even go back to sports and lived a long live.
