Thanks for your video's, especially this one. I listened yesterday, got an appointment with a DBT therapist, today. It's amazing what I found out! I've been Me, my entire life. I was today years old, when I found out I don't know how to grieve. Good news, I'm well on my way to learning. I have another therapy session next week & begin DBT shortly afterwards. Thanks again Doc Snipes, for your videos. I told my therapist today, it was your videos that encouraged me to take this step 💝

Thank you for these videos full of information. Your openness to all perspectives, and lack of judgment on the matter, as well as real, sound advice for growth, and self care is astoundingly rare in the world right now. I applaud your approach and explanation for differing levels mental health, emotional maturity and regulation, as well as including the environmental impact, and acceptance of the response as the path of least resistance based on the subjects experiences... So hard for the general public to understand and accept.. Peo

Wow! I am not even half way through this but I love this educational format. I have been struggling all my life with off -and on depression, anxiety and Physical manifestations of the two. But also I am often joyful, hopeful and excited when seemingly “good” things happen to me. I have tried many things to “cure” my issues but this is the first time I have dug into the HSP topic and it explains me to a tee. I really hope that these technics will be the long term solution I am looking for!

'Work smarted not harder.' THANK YOU. I've gotten too many people say to work harder when I was already giving it my all. Then I was OVER doing and miserable because of it. Only to be told to work harder when I went for help. If I would have had DBT skills at that time it would have helped so much. It's not just about how hard you work it's about having the proper skills to help yourself.
