Thanks Rick back when i used to do alot of wood we had pallets like that an they just save so much time come loading time plus stacked wood drys faster than wood in a pile on the ground . Im sure when i get a free min i will be making a trip to smores wood yard after dark

Looks like the loading dock works great. I be happy if my wimpy tractor would lift 1/3. Love the stickers good fun. Look into firewood bags for your cut offs might be the ticket. 80 percent of wood burning this years nasty and cut offs. Next oldest wood be mainly nice wood. Keep up the good work.

He might ya never know lol. We read that news piece an they are from down east maine probably 3 hrs from us . So many of the tree crews around here just send the whole tree threw a 24 in chipper . We have a perdy much unlimited supply of nice strait free wood if we want to go pick it up when there on the job .

Your pallet system works great for loading the trailer flip side is you have to build pallets hand stack the pallet and inability to stack the pallets and storage room is at a premium, no one system works for everyone.

The pallets stack up nice when were not using them we just slide the side boards out of the steak pockets . We found for us that stacking the wood lets it dry faster than putting it up in huge piles .

So far so good . Its got way more power than it needs for towing but i like that . The gas milage is about 8 or 9 miles to the gallon so not very good on that end . I just did a coat of fluid film on the frame an running gear so hopefully it dont rust . The body is aluminum so that should be good from the rust . I wana find a dump insert to put in the bed come spring so we can do more 1/3 cord deliverys . Nice looking christmas tree ya have in ya shop .

Slick, now if you could patten your idea, you could sell it and get more $$$$ for your wood, just a note I save and split all my short wood it a good furnace filler, even if you sold it half price it's better than a burn pile or to let it rot away.
