This is Clarence's heavy snatch session, filmed on Thursday before Super Sunday.
We had record high pollen levels in Ireland and Clarence was basically bleeding out of his eyes, sneezing all day!
Still he pulled off this heavy snatch session!
He snatches up to 180kg and takes three attempts at 185kg!

I'm by no means a weightlifting expert, but I think Clarence missed the 185's because he's not fully extending for the triple extension which causes him to jump back. You can see his feet shift back, meaning the bar is just too far in front of him, hence why it immediately falls in front of him after he gets down into the squat after the extension, maybe try and be more vertical when doing the extension?
@TheMortalKombatent
@TheMortalKombatent Жыл бұрын
yeah he pulled them all in the right area but he jumps back a few inches and the bar barely goes past his head. his technique did get better recently tho.

sure, clarence is effin strong but there still is a gap between them... for example out of 10 lifts tian bombs out on 185kg maybe two times due to inbalance where clarence succeeds on 2/10 at best!! hence the fact that tian is lighter in weight too... but still, clarences strength is undoubtly world class where tians is out of this world lol
