Almond Tuiles By Chef Nun
Ingredients:
Almond Slices 100 grams
All Purpose Flour 30 grams.
Egg Whites 2 (70 grams.) (no.1)
Sugar 30 grams.
Vegetable Oil 2 Tablespoons
Salt ¼ teaspoon
Vanilla ½ teaspoon
Directions:
1. Preheat oven 160°C.
2. Combined egg whites, sugar, vegetable oil, salt, vanilla extract together.
3. Add almond slices, stirred well.
4. Spoon a half tablespoon of batter on lined baking tray, dip your fingertip into water and spread batter into very thin layer.
5. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
