I'm really stressing about university because as an international student I have to move way before and faster to get a scholarship and it's really deteriorating me. Cornell is one of my choices but I'm worried because I know my parents don't support this choice and I'll be on my own. Love your hard work and how indepth you went into this video but it was a little all over the place. The title made me think I'd get specifics about Cornell which I didn't really get untill eight minutes in. Maybe next time you could put the stress tips, study suggestions, specifics about how to register for classes all into their own seperate videos. Thanks for all the info you have such a great pace and you have a nice voice to listen to :)

I've been struggling with comparisons lately specially since my mom often compares me to my old classmates who are doing very good in their careers. My mom's a representative of a typical conservative Asian mom who pushes their children to do better than others they know. I'm not saying it's bad because there were times that it motivated me but sometimes it triggers my anxiety and I'm often feeling so inadequate. "Screw it. You are on your own friggin journey." as a freshman college student, you'll find it difficult to adjust in academic environment you're not used to study with bc all stuffs are new (not literally new but for u it's new XD) and it's like me.😆 You're on college, so act as one. That is the one thing I put on my mind and also college life doesn't teach you to be competitive it'll highly recommend you to compete with your nemesis, and it's yourself. Your only power is perseverance, determination and as well as patience bc it also takes time to finish your course (I am taking BS Psychology rn in PH). Just love what you do, don't mind the time, absorb positive and negative energy but convert the negative into positive also.❤

Actually I believe that they're are like not really party frenzy as they say in the novels and movies. I mean look at most of us, We're like socially allergic potatoes. Who wouldn't leave their mom's or friend's side in a party. Are we gonna go party? I definetly do not hate or have a grudge against who are not socially awkward. You go guys!
