Splendid filmmaking done simultaneously with acts of physical difficulty and mental courage, in one of the most beautiful places on earth. Just having seen this I could die happy today. I hope to follow in some of your footsteps first.

Those goats at 3:30...🧐🤔there's somebody like us 😃. Out of this world feel around 6:27 onwards ... Misty Mountains come to mind. Those glaciers, never seen before. Again a beautifully done piece.

I'm interested in doing this but I have no experience what so ever. I'm also physically not in shape at all. Where/how do I start? :D
@giobbymenta3 жыл бұрын
@@Ningishzidd4 Just start to walk man. Search in google routes close to your place. Routes are usually graded with difficulty level and elevation gain, but if you are not in shape your body will tell you when to stop. Just bring the basic stuff you need in mountain: good pair of boots, water, a torch, appropriate clothes. Try to go with good weather and remember that the ascent is only half of the trip. If you have just a bit of common sense 90% of the routes are not dangerous at all.

Seems like you make your own path most of the time. How do you determine whether a peak is climbable? Do you know the area well or is that just experience? Great footage, terrific landscapes!
@ZenHikingSwitzerland3 жыл бұрын
Thank you! I have been on this peak before, although I haven't done this exact route. I usually consult with people who know the area, study the maps and then have a few backup plans once I choose a specific route.

My 4 yr old daughter question,why do you want to hike the mountains ☺️
@trudidolder61223 жыл бұрын
Having grown up in the mountains, they are like a Magnet. One HAS to climb them, even when it is hard and very tiring. Once on the peak, it was all well worth it. Unless you have been there, it is hard to understand. .
