INGREDIENTS:
Mashed potato 1/2 cup
1 egg ( you can skip it)
Mix well
All purpose flour 1 cup
Chilli flakes 1 tsp
Parsley 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
Garlic 1/2 tsp
Ginger 1/2 tsp
Water 1 cup + 1/4 cup
Mix well
Grease oil
Pour batter
Spread evenly
Cook until dry
Oil
Cook until golden brown
