I was actually looking at hiring VBI to do a full rebrand and overlay but my budget was $1K which at the time I thought was excessive but their minimum is $5,000. I want this really clean minimalistic overlay that works both with green screen and without and reminds you of being in a very high-end fantasy tavern. I wanted to rebrand to The Adventure's Guild. The real magic the would be the animated alerts. When someone would sub or tip in any way a guest book would come up on screen like an old fashioned parchment paper tome and a quill would write their message out on screen under a picture of their twitch profile pic that the quill would also draw. I also had a bunch of ideas for transitioning and using the new features and obs to do some cool innovative transition setups that made it look like I was in a building and we walked from one scene to another.

I am legitimately shook that SceneOfAction is not mentioned here. This guy didn't only make his own overlays complete with 24 camera angles and assets that intelligently react to things he does, and things his chat does - but he also mastered AutoHotKey combined with voice recognition, and also integrated into Alexa, to control his DAW, give-aways, his lighting system, his special effects, etc. He is insane. Do that many people really care if a camera is "crooked?" Honestly, I enjoy those kind of shots as long as they're well thought out. Someone with an eye for cinematography/photography could really have fun with this stuff. Another issue is just having the room to be able to position your equipment like you want to. Not everyone has that luxury. Either way, cool vid. I just think the camera angle thing is a bit of a non-issue imo.

You should find someone else. Harris is lying in all his videos. He can't even get more than 500 people to watch his streams. Even when he steamed on this KZbin channel with 600k subs and on his twitch where he has over 150k followers. He's insanely unsuccessful a streaming. He does everything he tells people to yet be has a well under 1% conversion rate. That's worse than me lol Harris is literally a liar, almost no one respects him in the space besides small steamers who are just looking for guidance. I have averaged over 100 viewers while having less than 4k followers across twitch and KZbin lol I'm half as successful as Harris at live streaming yet I have access to less than 1% of his audience Harris hellers streams is the equivalent of a Walmart being completely empty. If you take advice from him you WILL fail. Harris can't even succeed in livestreaming while being the most popular live stream advice KZbinr lol this is just a other version of the self helper scammer

The best overlay I've seen is JordanRasko's. She has created a lot of interactive elements for her stream, but my favorite is when she gets a hype train. She has an overlay that puts her head inside the car from Street Fighter, and different characters come out to beat up the car depending on the subs and bits donated. It gets more extreme as the level of the hype train increases. It's a very cinematic experience.

Pokelink has enabled entirely reactive layouts for supported pokemon games for ~2 years? I admire the simplistic result lachlan went with, but that's just a frame-level image classifier / SSD (single shot detector) with something reacting on the scene (could be using any manner of implmentations to achieve this - personally I've use a standard websocket to communicate any changes/updates in real time). I don't mean to downgrade the result, but this isn't the only instance of this (minus the example, and my own project,) surely?
@dralin3502 жыл бұрын
