@ to be honest I would love to play Sorcery, but the game is impossible to find in Brazil yet, import is crazy expensive as well. Flesh and Blood is still a niche but have a good community on LGS around. Also we will have a Calling this year.

The way I see it is it's just like magic was back in the day when revised and unlimited came out. for 5 years. Everybody talked trash about revised and unlimited, then 10 years later people started to accept it again. 20 years later everybody wanted it. That's how I look at the recent releases of flesh and blood. I've been stacking dynasty boxes for the last couple months

The best point to mention about LSS is that eventually they make a public statement regarding the quantity of boxes printed for a set. I don't recall any company disclosing that info.

I don’t know how many Codexes you’ve pulled, but you were lucky to pull one Codex every two cases, not boxes. Outsiders had a hybrid card slot (like the assassin slot in Dynasty) which meant every pack had one hybrid card of no guaranteed rarity. This makes Codex extremely hard to pull. And the lower pull rates in Outsiders (4-5 majestics, no expansion slot, single rare packs, only 3 marvels, weird cold foil non-EA versions) make it one of the worst opening experiences in FAB. Sealed/limited play was fine, but opening to just collect really made you feel like you were in The Pits.

I bought a case of dynasty mid-late last year and found it hard to find locally. Lgs ended up getting one in for me but still took them 3 shipments of fab before they got it. Looking at it now, they are pretty much non existent 😳

I actually checked the numbers in the Collectors Center as you mentioned, and there is data only until Bright Lights, and I have to say, that I did not see any trend going down. It is true that some sets before, they reached 229k with Everfest, but they are quite stable after that around 170-175k pro set.

I sold out of Legacy Magic and bought into Flesh and Blood AND had a TON of money left over! The game is absolutely amazing! Having a simple resource pool is so much better than Magic’s lands system. Magic has broken all of its own rules as the game goes on. Worst the game isn’t even in the Magic universe anymore. It’s Marvel/ SpongeBob, or My Little Pony. I love FaB.

I think its important to note that the competitive scene in FaB is booming right now, so alot of tournament grinders are buying up alot of the majestics to put into their decks. I dont think this accounts for all of the single sales but probably alot of them, however i think the reason sealed boxes stay low is because FaB historically has a hard time penetrating local markets in alot of regions especially ones that have established tcgs like mtg, so i dont think theres not a whole lot of lgs that asorbing product to sell on shelves

I bought maybe 40 or 50 boxes of Fab, and often made a profit. I got some dud boxes yeah, but often I would pull a card or two that would pay for the entire cost of the box, or more. It is a bit of a gamble, yeah, and sometimes an entire case would have little of value, like the Monarch Unlimited case I got. But then, once in a while I would get a “god box” like for Bright Lights, I got 2 Fabled, one of them Cold Foil, in one box!

In Oct/November I asked Rudy for FaB 2.0 sets, like a case of each of the sets i missed after TOA... I was looking at most a couple of cases worth and he offered me all his remaining stock. After getting smacked around by my wife, i ordered 7k worth. FYI... he had 2 super high performance Uprising cases left he couldn't sell me lol...
