Completely agree. Strength is position specific, pauses have value as you can't fake it by using momentum to get through a weak range.

A literal boss EDIT For a way to contact the winners maybe you could get an email from their profile? I mean your KZbin should be attached to some Google account, which would include an email. Alternatively you could reply to a comment asking their preferred method of contact (whether it be email, IG, FB, etc) and continue on from their Hope that helps

I seem unable to do kettlebell swings without hurting my lower back pretty swiftly :-( . I do love the barbell squats and am getting into deadlifts - usually with a hex-bar as am keen to avoid the same kind of back issue as with the kettlebell swings ! @adamhorn63924 жыл бұрын
Hey Eli! I'm definitely no Brian, but I'm a chiropractor and personal trainer. I'd say first thing is definitely make sure you've got your breathing and bracing down, and maybe video yourself doing the exercises to make sure the bar is going down the right path. Beyond that there could be a lot of different things causing it, so it might help to find a chiropractor (bias alert). We can be a mixed bunch so you kinda have to shop around. Good luck on the deadlifts!!

Hey Brian, I'm following your Mass Building Program and I'm experiencing a lot of pain in my lower back and hip to the point I have dropped my max deadlift from 435 to not even being able to pull 350 off of the ground. Is there any suggestions how to help with recovery and strengthen the muscles in that area. I have my chiropractor involved and medical doctor says nothing is torn or broke so just need to recoup it, looking for some advice. I been doing a lot lighter deadlifts even tried to do rack pulls thinking maybe less depth would help but that wasn't much help.
