I am so, so sorry for your loss. :(( I've actually gone into bad episodes where I get so scared of what I'm going to do when my parents pass away. They're doing great and there's no reason I should believe they're going to die anytime soon, but it just goes off and I can't stop it. My Dr's say it's just something I have to learn to deal with and push through, which I'm trying. They also say it has a lot to do with my OCD. You and your family will be in my prayers. And I'm really excited for your next video! Keep going, dude! You Rock!

I can relate to that I have invasive thoughts about my husband not coming home almost everyday. It's terrifying.

I'm so sorry for your loss. My mother in law was like a mother to me and even though she passed long ago, she is always in my heart and memories of her make me stronger when I need it. Thank you for sharing, and reminding us of how sensitive those with bipolar can be. I have a loved one with bp and it helps me to learn from others. 💞

I’m so sorry for your loss. It sounds like the two of you had a sweet and loving connection. The sudden loss of a close person in our lives is destabilizing, bipolar or not. You are amazingly resilient and kind. You will get through this because you always do.❤ thank you for making videos and sharing your knowledge and perspective. You are helping so many people gain better understanding.

ohnoo sorry for your loss! 😔 the thing I've been realizing more and more about grief is that the emotion is actually an aspect of love, it shows how much we cared about someone and therefore the capacity we have for love within ourselves in general. so in that sense it has a beautiful side to it. the love you feel for her and the memories you shared will always be a part of you.

I’ve tried almost all the meds with depression being the worst side effect. I’m currently on caplyta and still feel depressed but I’ve only been on it for 3 weeks. I feel like giving up on meds. They never really help and I’m so sorry for your loss
@BipolarPerson6 ай бұрын
Don't give up, the alternative is worse. All you can do is keep trying. From what I read online it can take up to 2-3 months for that medicine to fully but if you feel no difference at all now, talk to your psychiatrist and you can even try a different psychiatrist. There are soooo many medications. I've taken around 16-17 different medicines and only a few of them worked. When you're in depression everything is distorted and you can't see clearly but just keep hope alive. IT WILL get better! ❤️🩹

@@BipolarPerson thank you for your kind words ❤️. I’m trying to stay strong but it is hard. I’ve lost so much because of bipolar. My kids and grandkids, my job, self worth and I live alone which makes it all that much harder

Can you get a small dog? You won't be alone and it will force you to wake up and walk them. Animals saved my life as a kid and probably an adult too. You are not alone most of us have dismantled our lives multiple times. I was in severe depression when I got my cat and even though my depression told me he didn't like me the love he gave me made coming home to no partner less painful. If you can't get a pet. Just keep going it's all you can do. I know it feels like climbing a never ending mountain and tripping and falling all the way but there is a top of the mountain and you will make it out the other side. You will. It WILL get better. ❤️🩹
