What should I eat to increase muscle mass, but without eating carbohydrates. For two and a half years I have removed them from my diet (bread, spaghetti, rice, etc.) Only from vegetables and salads I get carbohydrates. I do three times a week cross training, two pilates and an EMS. I would appreciate it if you could tell me your opinion, thank you
