Grilled Balsamic Glazed Pork Chops Ingredients:
For the Chops:
2 bone-in, center-cut pork chops (1 to 1½-inch thick)
Salt and pepper
1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp maple syrup
3 tbsp unsalted butter
1 tsp dried thyme
For the Roasted Veggies:
