AB, i’ve been married 48 years and have just over the past eight years been learning how to cook and I have to say I follow your channel religiously. There’s nobody out there with the personality, explanation and thoroughness.with easy to follow instructions you’ve made me a pretty darn good cook and this recipe I have to say is my favorite, no I take that back, your seafood gumbo is my favorite. Thanks AB

Made these last night and no lie these the best Pork Chops I’ve ever grilled. I put them in the marinade Saturday night around 11 PM and then started my charcoal around 5 PM the next day so around 18 hours marinating. Put a chunk of pecan wood on those coals and it added a nice smoky flavor. That marinade is savory and sweet. Could taste it on the caramelized chops. They were tender as all get out! 10/10 AB!

Dude! I followed this recipe to the tee but thought I smelled a little too much like soy sauce (I’ve always hated soy sauce) so I added a 1/4 of white vinegar and a 1/4 cup of Stubbs sweet bbq sauce, best pork chops my family has ever had! Thanks AB ❤ definitely gonna share this and definitely trying more of your recipes

Those look fantastic. I've one suggestion. Actually be a fun experiment. Marinade them overnight, then in the morning take them out , wipe off extra marinade and put them on a baking sheet with a rack uncovered in the fridge for another 8 -10 hours (till dinner time). I bet the 8 hours of drying in the fridge would give them an even better sear
