This is where the rubber meets the road my friend, if a recipe of yours can make me enjoy a pork chop I will forsake all other non chef chefs and maybe even set up a tiny non religious shrine in part of my kitchen and make it off limits to all but me. The last bit is for emphasis as I’m not a lunatic. I was told tonights dinner was already in the works so tomorrow will be THE PORK CHOP SHOWDOWN!

@@AllWingsEverything Not that I expect anyone to care I’m following up my original comment I’m in no way trying to pull focus from the incredibly talented Non Chef Chef. Dryness has always been an issue for me with pork and though I’ve never actually consumed lint I’ve found in my pocket that’s always been the way I’ve described why I don’t like eating pork, this chop was unsurprisingly considering it’s champion filled with flavor and not only did I thoroughly enjoy it at no point did my irrational fear I could die from instant pork chop related dehydration ever cross my mind. I was at least a little surprised how much I enjoyed it what I wasn’t prepared for was the kid who only likes chicken nuggets and hot dogs to gobble it up in seconds. I’ll break ground on the shrine this weekend.
