여러번 갔었는데 특색있고 아주 만족스럽습니다. 맥주와 같이 먹으면 베스트일 것 같은데 항상 제가 운전을 해서 아쉬워요. 다음에는 포장해서 맥주런해볼 생각이에요

When I see the processes, I see that everything is running optimally. Devices and processes show no waste. And that's how you can make money. I would be interested to know whether they developed these processes and the set-up of the devices themself or copied them.

@@kb0acl303 Это абсолютно разные продукты, шашлык это жаренное мясо на углях, а то что вы видели здесь это приготовление идёт в смокерах, то есть горячее копчение, так, что не путайте божий дар с яичницей.

I'm sorry but none of that was Texas Bar-B-Q. Texas Bar-B-Q is salt and pepper only. Maybe garlic powder. There is no sauce put on Texas Bar-B-Q. They want a good bark on the outside. Texas Bar-B-Q doesn't leave the point on brisket. The Bar-B-Q in this video is like a Kansas City Bar-B-Q. Tomato based sauce. I will say it all looked like good eating. The problem I saw was the ribs were over cooked. The beef ribs and the brisket looked tough. You don't put the pickles on the sandwich you use them to as an acid to cut through the fats. The coleslaw will do that very well on your pulled pork sandwich. The only criticism I have for the pulled pork is the lack of a crust. It all looked good to eat. I know it's hard work to make Bar-B-Q. For a better crust inject what you used to spray on the meat into the meats. Use a spray bottle to mist into the smoker. Rotate the meat so you don't have some stay close to the heat the whole time. Don't wrap so soon let your bark form(this excludes the ribs). If you have to lower your temperature to get that good dark bark. Don't use sugars on the outside of your meat until you wrap then make sure your temperature is low enough so you don't burn the sugars. It looked like you had some brown sugar (I love brown sugar at the very end in a final rub). Your ribs look great except for being overcooked, but I am thinking about a competition cook. You should experiment with honey or brown sugar with more molasses added in when you wrap. You need to add butter when you wrap though. You should also consider using butcher paper. Okay sorry if I sound like a jerk. I do think your Bar-B-Q looks delicious 😋. I live in Kansas City and have eaten a lot of Bar-B-Q. I also have known a lot of competition BBQ pit masters. I know that BBQ is always a work in progress. I just hope you can make use of some of what I have said. If not just know that bad BBQ is better than anything else 😂. I hope you have a good day and eat well. 😊
