From watching and listening to this case, I get the impression she thrives on drama. Some people get cheap thrills from aggravating those they ‘love’ to get beaten/bashed/violated. When the innocent one doesn’t respond with the violence the aggressor wants, it becomes a monster. Watching the proceedings, I find AH and her sister to be sordid. There’s something very distasteful about accepting a man’s generosity in housing, feeding, providing them and friends with so many other luxuries that they can’t find an iota of humanity in themselves to tell the court about his graciousness. They all could’ve left en masse when JD was apparently violent, but didn’t. Oh of course, they couldn’t afford the luxurious lifestyle living free in his apartments and not being responsible for the bills.

Shes definitely an abuser thats losing her power and control. Texts like that are things someone says when they pushed too far and now their prey is slipping away. Its a desperate attempt to regain the lost control. Ive first hand seen a woman do this stuff to my best friend of 15 years. Thats exactly what those texts are.

I find it very suspicious how she always directs herself at the jury even when answering cross-examination questions as opposed to Johnny who only strives to provide an answer rather than string along the illusion of eye contact to back his statements

​@David I almost feel like the jury shouldn't be able to see the people testifying at all or hear their real voices, start with a completely blank slate for everyone and let the jury see nothing except whatever is actually admitted into evidence

I don't know how it works in the US, but where I live, it's actually mandatory to look at the jury when answering questions. Don't forget that the purpose of the whole trial is to provide information to the jury, so they can come up with a verdict. Everything is done for the jury, so, it's maybe better not to act like they didn't exist. Especially if you expect their verdict to be in your favor.
