Notice the following: 1 She cries without tears. 2 In the middle of her story, she's being super dramatic, when someone says "objection" and suddenly her face goes to zero. No emotion. The lawyer asks another question or tells her to continue, and she returns to the same emotion and the same face she had before. This is humanly impossible. Plus, when her testimony was over, she went over to the lawyers and was laughing. The emotions stay for a while. You can't be sad, and the next minute you are being very nice. She is telling something that is supposed to be traumatic. That emotion of reliving something like that in front of the alleged abuser is heavy. It's not something that, 'now I'm here really bad'. And the next minute, "okay now I'm happy and laughing." 3 One more thing, it has been proven that victims of DV don't pause during the most dramatic parts like Amber did, but rather the victim speeds up the way she speaks. It is a way to escape from that moment, because you are reliving it. That is, your mind wants to change the subject, so you speed up. Among other things you can see that it is fake.
@channelshorts65892 жыл бұрын

I was in an abusive relationship with my ex-wife and she was the abuser. I was mocked, humiliated, and not believed by anyone when I proclaimed that I a man, was the victim. There was an incident in which I had to defend myself from an attack that I ultimately got in trouble for because she accused me of being the attacker/abuser. Little did I know until a bit later on is that my then 4 year old son recorded the entire incident on his tablet (iPad). His mother was throwing things at me, punched me, broke my phone (she wrongly thought I was cheating on her, I wasn’t), broke my PS4, and when she picked up a knife and started approaching me while screaming at me I feared for my life so I knocked her out. I went through the whole predicament of DV charges, almost losing any parental rights, etc. Until my son showed his therapist the video of the incident, and said therapist shared it with law enforcement. All charges were dropped against me, and then everyone and their brother started to offer me DV therapy after first mocking and ridiculing me. In our custody hearing I won full custody of our children, and she was labeled the abuser. She did all the same tactics Heard does, crying, making false accusations, victim blaming, etc. I’ve seen this before, Heard is the abuser here 100%.

She is on par with high school drama actors with this crap. The mannerisms, the speed, the articulation, the annunciations, and especially the way that she delivers it like she rehearsed this for days. Her little preamble about "I'll never forget it. It changed my life." No victim actually says something like that when recalling the most traumatic event in their lives. Sorry, but I found Johnny's testimony far more believable and genuine

Not only is it too much dialogue but it’s almost like she thinks it’s like an interview or a documentary about her life and how she’s over come things in her life. Like it’s comes off that way too much, just get to the point. And referring to the comment about how most people who are abused will remember every detail isn’t right. I’m not defending Amber by say that but I also keep seeing comments like this and I don’t want people to start believing that people who don’t remember every detail is lying. It majorly depends on age bc most people who are abused as children will repress those memories for sure.
@kjellpedersen75652 жыл бұрын
She said he hit her so hard. That she fell to the floor. Then she goes on to say it did not hurt. If a man beats a woman so she falls to the floor. Then it hurts. Great pain. There will be big black marks from it. Bleeding. Did she have bleeding? No. "Was she black where he hit? No." Did she have any injuries? No. How does a man manage. Beat down a woman so that she is lying on the floor. Without a small mark after the battle. ? Do you know a case? I think she's lying.
@PaperRosies2 жыл бұрын
It’s pretty hard to “lose your balance” while sitting also, unless she was sitting on the very edge of the seat, and with her legs up. So I don’t really understand this story she’s elaborating. How come she lost her balance after the 3rd slap but not the first 2 times? Did she reposition her way of sitting by the 3rd slap? If your feet are planted, and you’re sitting far back into the seats of a couch, it would take a hell of a slap to make you fold forward AND end up on the floor. It’s just a weird story lol. Most likely the jury wouldn’t even catch that detail. I feel like people are so politically correct in this day and age that it’s just simply easier to side with women, especially emotional women, and those that have abuse claims against men. I already am bracing myself for the outcome of this trial.
@hai2uuu2 жыл бұрын
yes this is pretty much exactly it. i took one look at her photos of her supposed bruises from johnny depp hitting her back when this story first broke and immediately told my gf at the time that johnny was not guilty and she made shit up. a grown man hitting a woman with a closed fist and real bad intentions would leave a totally different mark. she needed to commit to the act and throw herself down a long flight of stairs to get some convincing injuries. how can a man be a wifebeater but go to the hospital a bunch and have serious injuries while his wife has never had a single verifiable visit with any real injuries. if johnny was half the wifebeater she claims him to be, he would be 100-0 in fights against her. its exactly why its so infuriating for the public to watch her and her corrupt lawyers try to convince the public that a circle is a square
@automnejoy53082 жыл бұрын
She would have been injured not just where he hit, but also from hitting the floor. She adds this weird detail about noticing how dirty the floor was. Did her attorney tell her to come up with some detail like that to try and make it more real for the jury? That's not a good move because it just sounds ridiculous. She would've been in shock and in pain and would not be ruminating on the dirt in the carpet. Edit: She also mentions leaning her head against the window of her car right after that. That's not a comfortable position and it's hard for me to believe you would do that after being slapped 3 times.

Her looking around quickly, her eye blinking rapidity, and her stumbling to find words to use are a first sign. The next sign is her dramatic responses, her inability to shake her voice, and her inability to cry are next. The final seal is her never once stopping to think about what happened, her using constant unneeded details for believability, and her uncanny Valley emotions she displays. She's a terrible actor both on set and in real life. She reminds me of a Disney movie character. Like she's explaining why she can't go to princess school next year after summer break. I was a victim of both sexual assault and physical abuse, if I didn't listen to her, she would beat me and punch me so hard I thought my uterus would explode (we were both in high school/middle school). This sorry excuse for a story disgusts me. I know what it's like to really be abused and the fact she's lying throws ALL of us under the bus.
