I watched this when it first aired on television but I had forgotten about May looking under his ambulance. That was such a nice touch and so reminiscent of having seen other people do a similar "maybe it is,..." check of an obviously impossible spot when they have misplaced something.

God, I miss this show SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO much!!! Every week, I'd have something new to look forward to on TV. There is NOTHING like this, the magic of these three perfectly casted individuals, playing off each other's faults and talking about cars. I die every time I watch this bit, from James' patient flying back and forth outside the ambulance to Richard's patient being propelled into the hospital! Long Live Top Gear!!! 😀
