I’ve watched you for ages JT, so you can imagine my shock when I see my younger sister in your thumbnail.‼️😮 For a bit of context, the police were at her mates house. The next morning after she did it, the police turned up to her house banging at her door…she thought she was in trouble! But, they come to thank her for giving them all a good laugh, as it was that police officers first day at work, poor guy dealing with that. 🫣😂 Btw we are totally different characters, she’s wild. 🤪

You know, I am pretty sure it is common for lactose intolerant people to start out in life being able to process dairy, but then only as an adult become intolerant. Happened to me for sure.

I'm don't suffer any tummy troubles with dairy, but once I cut it out my eczema and asthma cleared up. Used to have to use my inhaler every day. Not used it for 8 years now!

Same here I have to eat a free from diet now, no milk, Lactose, Casein, Wheat, Gluten, Caffein, Alcohol or Broccoli, or Kale and no hot spices. Aluminium has been named as a likely cause!

Just to say that you should call them and say that you would actually prefer to donate things rather than money and ask them what they really need. I got lactose intolerance from not consuming milk products for 7 years. To have the enzymes to consume lactose you must have it frequently. Hence why many cultures who do not have milk as part of their diet become intolerant once they stop feeding from the breast. Now discovered Lactase Enzyme tablets, changed my life can have ice cream and cheese again in moderation. Still having to pay stupid price for lactose free milk though.

You absolutely can develop an intolerance to food from consuming too much. I can’t eat eggs because for several weeks when I was 17 I ate two boiled eggs for breakfast every day. I mean, it’s in the family to have food intolerance my son developed an issue with eggs as well.

I know you mean well, and I know it's a good idea, but please don't spend money on *things* the shelter could use. They know what they need, and as a non-profit they can stretch your dollars to buy more goods and can get the exact brands and other supplies they need. This is also true of homeless shelters, food banks, and disaster relief organizations -- they have the resources to multiply your donation dollars and get the most of the money. 🙂

Definition of 'Roadman', is loosely a young man,from teens to 30 ish,who hang about in gangs on the street,are are usually,mouthy,gobby little sh1tes from council estates,who thinki they are tough,swearing,often petty criminals dealing drugs or snatching mobile phones from people.They usually try and rap lyrics to music badly and wear clothes from JD Sports or Footlocker. It's kind of a more contemporary term to 'chav' or scally' from a decade or three ago,and the that group often wore trackies,sweatpants and got up to much the same. When you hear a Brit call someone that,even this little kid, it's because he's trying to emulate being a roadman
