For that last story, personally, the older sibling doesn't necessarily have to involve the parents at all if they want to "spoil" their younger siblings. They can take their siblings out, have fun, pass gifts directly to the siblings and *spitefully* say that the gifts only came from the OP. I'm not saying that the younger siblings are suffering from not being spoiled, and I'm not at all blaming the OP for their childhood. Just cut out the parents when it comes to "spoiling" the siblings. My two cents

Story 1: This is why you don't deliboratly pi$$ people off Story 2: Also its annoying how some bad parents get all butthurt when someone asks kids nicely not to mess up furniture or get mad at someone for asking them to control their kids and exposing their bad parenting. I bet they were thinking: Why can't they let my kids mess up the place?! I don't care if its expensive or not because its not my stuff being broken!

For the last story, I'd say OP should go ahead and spoil his siblings... BUT make sure they know OP is the one giving the gifts, not their parents. If OP just gives their parents the money, then the siblings think it's coming from them.

Story 6: The parents are lucky that they did not have a reputation of being too poor to buy the OP anything but the basics. Also since they are lucky that they avoided charges for child abandonment every time they abandoned the OP when going on vacation. Actively preventing the neighbor from buying the ice cream borders on emotional abuse since the OP didd not have a medical reason to avoid ice cream at least no medical reason was stated.

There has been a fued between my next door neighbor and myself for a couple years. It all started when I got switched to nights and my neighbors dogs would bark at nothing all day long. I asked my neighbor to please do something about the barking to witch I was told to go to hell. I went with the nuclear option and installed a driveway on that side of my house then for a 1994 dodge pickup with the Cummins diesel. I park said dodge pickup on the new driveway and now that I'm back working day I got out and fire the truck up and let that loud noisy diesel warm up at 3am EVERY DAY

Story 1: Serves those awful neighbors (and their guests) right. Story 2: Nice! Scam the scammers! 👍 Story 3: That’s an outrage and assault. Typical entitled “breeder” with unruly little hellspawn who weren’t raised right. Honestly, I don’t care much for kids but I would go so far as to put on a rabbit fursuit and end any of them, let alone build advanced killer animatronics to set loose on them. Story 4: I hate parents who divorce and do this to their kids. But the OP’s scheme was BRILLIANT. Story 5: I went through something similar at one former job, except the bus broke down. I was paid, but my boss fired me over the phone. Boss called me a three months later and begged me to come back, but I had already moved on to a better job by then. Story 6: The selfish parents can reap what they sow. I wouldn’t give them or the siblings anything but my contempt. What hypocrites to call OP “tight-fisted” and “petty”. I wonder if OP was either unplanned or an affair baby?

Before my wife finally got her new liver her health was bad. Took her in constantly. We have side parking but it's painted I the side walk who' can parked where. Neighbor always parked in our spot so I would park illegally other side making it hard for cars to come through. We had same landlord so I'd tell them. Neighbor got mad and said wife faking I just want a closer spot. Well one day wife was walking up to the door when she suddenly was having a stroke. I struggled getting her to my car when another neighbor had me park in the one neighbors grass so I can take her to the hospital. The one Neighbor was not o ly mad we Sar on her grass but neighborhood sandwiched her in cause she chose to sit in pur spot she deals with the consequences. Wife fine barely made it to hospital. Eventually though her threats of not paying rent cause we were doing so and so like not share our trash can cause hers is full lead to both sides to be evicted
